No. If you just want a website, we'll build you one and price it separately. Same goes for SEO without filming, or a one-off content day. The packages are there because most trades businesses need all of it to see real movement — but we're not going to push you into something you don't want. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight with you about what makes sense.
Content goes out in week one — you'll have posts live before the end of your first week with us. A new website typically starts generating enquiries within the first month. SEO takes longer — 6 to 12 weeks before you see real movement in Google, depending on your area and competition. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to get the sale. We'd rather set realistic expectations and overdeliver than promise the world and disappear.
Most agencies don't know trades and most trades-focused marketers don't know digital. Ben has spent 10 years working in the trade — diggers, farms, building sites — he understands your customers far better than any generic marketing team. Jake has the track record online to back it up. We're not selling you a template. We're building around your specific business in your specific area.
On Starter — about 20 minutes on your phone each week. We tell you exactly what to film, you send it over, we handle everything else. On Growth and Dominate, you do nothing — we come to you, film, edit and post. The website, SEO, Google profile and all the rest is entirely our job. You just focus on the work in front of you.
3-month start, then month-to-month. The initial term exists because SEO and content take time to build — if we only had a month we couldn't show you anything meaningful. After 3 months you're rolling and free to leave whenever you want. We don't trap people in contracts. If the work isn't performing, you shouldn't be paying for it.
No. One trade per area, full stop. If you're a roofer in Sheffield, we won't take on another roofer in Sheffield. It would undermine everything we're building for you — and frankly we're not interested in working against the people we're supposed to be helping. If there's any overlap, we'll tell you before anything's agreed.
Not even slightly. We build it, host it, manage it — all you need to do is be on the end of a WhatsApp message. You'll get a monthly update from us in plain English: what went out, what moved, what we're doing next. No dashboards to check, no technical nonsense to deal with. You're on the tools. If we don't think we can help you, we'll say so before you spend a penny — we'd rather turn down the work than take money from someone we can't deliver for. Once we start, every month you see exactly what's changed: where you're ranking, how much traffic you're getting, how many impressions your posts are getting. If something isn't working, we tell you and we change it. After the 3-month start, you're on a rolling monthly. If the work isn't producing, you walk away. Simple.
